Pictures from our Honeymoon. We were in Costa Rica from July 2nd to July 17th, 2008.

Arenal

We spent 4 nights at the Arenal Springs Resort near the town of La Fortuna, which is located at the base of the Arenal Volcano. As you can see, the view from our room was spectacular!

The second destination on our trip was the mountan village of Santa Elena. We stayed three nights at the "Pension Santa Elena", and made day excursions to a coffee plantation, zip-lining, and a hike through the Cloud Forest.

Rio Sarapiqui

We started the honeymoon off with a bang, going on a white-water rafting trip after spending the first night in San Jose.

Playa Grande

Our third and final destination of the trip was the serenity of Costa Rica's Pacific Coast, a sleepy beach community in the Northwest called Playa Grande.
